About Us
History
From its inception in the spring of 1981, Temple Judea’s aim has been to revive many of the symbols and traditions of our Jewish heritage within a Reform setting. We began our first six years at St. Catherine’s Greek Orthodox Church. In 1987, we moved into our first home on Chillingworth Drive in West Palm Beach.
As Palm Beach County experienced growth and change, so did we. Temple Judea looked to create a new home to better serve our congregation and the Jewish community.
In 2003, we found that home on Hood Road in Palm Beach Gardens. Keeping with the dynamic energy of Reform Judaism, we began a new journey and a new chapter in our history.
Here, we look forward to continuing the exciting blend of tradition and modernity that is part of the uniqueness of Temple Judea.
