Students learn to conduct the Shabbat Service, read or chant the Torah and Haftarah portions, and prepare a commentary called the Dvar Torah. At Temple Judea every B'nai Mitzvah is is different, special in its own way. Rabbi Levine insures that each ceremony reflects the uniqueness of each student. |

Preschoolers fill our temple with life and energy. They are an important part of our programming and activities. Mommy and Me classes bring them into the temple on a regular basis. Sunday morning Parade of Holidays introduces them to our Religious School. Tot Shabbat, Family Shabbat Dinner Services, Story Telling Shabbat, High Holy Day Children's Service and each holiday throughout the year are created to welcome and include our youngest members. We want them to learn the joy of celebration and to know they are at home at Temple Judea. |
