Shabbat Under the Stars – Join us for In PERSON, outdoor Shabbat worship
We have drawn circles in our parking lot – a minimum of 15’ apart. Attendees must bring their own chairs. Bathrooms are closed. Outdoor Shabbat will be limited to 50 MEMBERS ONLY.
Come worship in person (weather permitting) on Friday, October 30th, Friday, November 6th or Friday, November 20th from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
A lottery will be drawn, and we will notify you either way by the Wednesday prior to Shabbat. Shabbat Under the Stars is 100% weather dependent and detailed procedures will be sent to attendees. Our clergy will continue to offer a streamed service on Fridays at 6:00 p.m. As we have shared in the past, we respect and honor each person’s personal risk tolerance and will do our best to offer as many opportunities to our members as we can in a safe manner.

TJ Book Club November 2nd 10:30 a.m. THE MISTRESS OF THE RITZ
by Melanie Benjamin
Leaders: Toby Solomon and Laura Lindsay
A captivating novel based on the story of the extraordinary real-life American woman who secretly worked for the French Resistance during World War II--while playing hostess to the invading Germans at the iconic Hotel Ritz in Paris in March 1940. There, under a roof legendary for its unprecedented luxury, the Nazis rule over a paralyzed city. Its director and his beautiful American actress wife refuse to be defeated. While overseeing the smooth workings of the hotel, they both throw themselves fearlessly into the dangerous and clandestine workings of the French Resistance to fight for freedom. The novel is a brilliantly and unforgettably vivid human portrait at a time of unimaginable crisis and sacrifice.
