Memorial Plaque: ($540)
A beautiful bronze plaque in the sanctuary commemorates the passing of a loved one and provides annual yahrzeit notices and perpetual reading of the name each year.
Chai Society ($436)
Our Chai Society recognizes members who make a contribution over and above their annual commitment. Chai Society members provide support for our mission of making Temple Judea accessible to everyone who wishes to be part of our community. To recognize their generosity, they are acknowledged in our monthly newsletter, The Voice each month and invited to a special, annual Chai Society thank you event.
Golden Chai: ($1,360)
The Golden Chai Society recognizes members who contribute at the highest levels to Temple Judea. In appreciation for their generous support, members of The Golden Chai Society receive recognition in our monthly newsletter, The Voice, and invitations to the annual Chai event with the clergy of Temple Judea. Be part of Temple Judea’s Golden Chai Society and see the difference you can make.

GIVING TO A FUND AT TEMPLE JUDEA:
Adult education Fund:
Study has always been at the heart of Jewish life. At TJ our mission is to create an environment that encourages every learner and opens the doors to lifelong Jewish education. Check the schedule of classes going on throughout the year including Kaballah, Lunch and Learn, Talmud, Torah Study and more.
Your contribution supports the daily operations of Temple Judea and its unique programs.
Rabbi Yaron Kapitulnik's Discretionary Fund:
Rabbi Golan Ben-Chorin's Discretionary Fund:
Your contribution allows our clergy to support new programs of their choice and address special needs within the congregation.
Cantor's Discretionary Fund:
Your contribution allows us to imagine and enhance the part music plays in our temple's vision.
Religious School Fund:
Giving to the Religious School Fund will ensure we accomplish our goal of creating a nurturing atmosphere where children learn to cherish our Jewish heritage. It is our vision that our students and families will deepen their commitment to Jewish learning and living.
The best opportunity to build Jewish identity is a camp experience. A contribution to the Camp Fund helps to send temple kids to Jewish summer programs.
Youth Group Fund:
Temple Judea’s youth programming provides many fun and exciting opportunities for our youth to meet and hang out with other future Jewish leaders. These activities develop and maintain strong lifetime connections to Jewish values, culture, rituals, and awareness of Israel. These goals are accomplished through our religious services, educational programs, and leadership training opportunities, as well as social programs. As part of JUiCY, JUiCY Jr. and JUiCY Ruach, Temple Judea teens and pre-teens have the opportunity to participate in fantastic regional and international programming, connecting them with the wider Jewish youth community. Help today to build tomorrow's Jewish leaders. A gift to this fund has lifelong contributions to the Jewish community.
social action Fund:
If you have a desire to help make our community a better place, then we would love to have you contribute to the Social Action Fund. With your help, we will make a difference to people in our community. Call the temple today to learn what our Social Action Committee is doing today for a better tomorrow.
Gloria Hay & Calvin M. Schwartz Caring Community Fund:
We strive to keep a close connection to our membership through personal contact and support especially during times of illness and loss. We identify the needs of our members and we want to be there to help. Your contribution to this fund helps us to provide a visit and/or gift during a hospital stay, a meal when they return home, maintain contact with our home bound members, transportation for those no longer driving, and Minyan support for those mourning a loss.
